I started taking Asea in March 2012 and quickly noticed increased strength at the 300M mark in my 400M intervals training . The other big change I noticed post ASEA is my increased ability to compete over several consecutive days. Prior to this in competing in just one event ( 300M hurdles) I would have inferior times in the final compared to the semifinal.
This year in competing in the 400M in the UK I did my best time for ten years even though it was only 2 hours after winning the 300M hurdles. In the European championships I had two long days of decathlon and still had my best time in 5 years in getting 2nd in the 300M hurdles final. At 68 years of age this should not be happening.
This year I have not consciously done more or harder training but I believe the quality of the sessions got incrementally better due to better recovery. I believe my improved performances this year are due to the use of ASEA on a daily basis as well as during my training sessions. I believe its important to use ASEA on a regular basis and not just for competitions.
