ASEA is fantastic. I am using it everyday. Before I race I’ll take about 4-8 ounces, and then post race I have it in my bag, and then after my race I’m taking another 4-8 ounces. It’s helping me so that I can have more quality training and recover faster so that I can have consistency.
In my training, I’m able to go farther on less which is really important for an endurance athlete during half and full Ironmans. With ASEA, people are going to be able to not only recover better but they’re going to be able to have have a much better chance of finishing their long races with a healthy body.
